Both come with a standing discount on every visit, and the more often we come, the bigger it gets. Commercial properties can set a recurring schedule at a lower rate too. - French and divided-lite windows are priced by the pane rather than by the window, because each small pane has to be cleaned and detailed individually. It takes longer than a single large pane, so it is quoted differently — just let us know you have them and we will account for it.
- Do you clean second-story windows?
- Yes. Windows that need ladder access are part of a normal job for us. Homes of three or more stories, or any job that would require a lift, need an on-site assessment before we quote it.
